Abstract

This short article explores the weather-related postage stamps of New Caledonia. Through postage stamps New Caledonia engages with both traditional weather-lore elements and the technology of environmental science. That blending of the traditional with the modern affords relevance to traditional New Caledonian weather-lore in the age of satellites and environmental science.
